Framework agreement with order forms. The framework agreement will enter into force from 1 January 2027 or from the date of its notification if this is later, and until 31 December 2027. It may be renewed tacitly 3 times. In accordance with the provisions of Article L2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code, the execution of the contract includes a mandatory social inclusion clause. The lots concerned and the implementation modalities are indicated in Article 14 of the consultation regulation.
