Description
Repair of the TG Anton-Webern-Weg 1+2 in Munich, concrete repair incl. load-bearing base slab. Structural design according to §§ 51 HOAI, performance phases 1-6. At TG Anton-Webern-Weg 1 (single-storey, 90 parking spaces), several damages to the base slab, cracks in the supports, and several water damages were detected in 2020. The load-bearing capacity of the underground car park was still given at that time, but should be checked at regular intervals on the recommendation of the inspector. After carrying out the detailed investigations of the concrete structure (drill dust samples and potential field measurement), it has been confirmed that the base slab is probably leaking and that the water damages in the TG have occurred several times due to an increase in the groundwater level during rainfall. The repair/sealing of the base slab is unavoidable. In addition, corrosion was detected in 60% of the supports and in 30% of the walls. The repair will be carried out in two stages: 1. Preliminary repair of the leaking base slab, removal of the protective screed, sealing of the base slab 2. Concrete repair, classical or KKS will be decided during the planning process. The calculation of the attributable costs for structural design is carried out according to the 90/10 rule (90% KG 300 and 10% KG 400).
