III. Description of the subject of the contract

1. The contracting authority has divided the subject of the contract into 9 tasks/parts. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial tenders for the tasks listed in the SWZ, each of which constitutes a separate part of the subject of the contract. The contractor may submit a tender for an unlimited number of tasks - parts of the subject of the contract chosen by them.

2. Description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the successive execution of the supply:

2.1 in the scope of task no. 1: Bakery products, fresh bakery and confectionery products. The detailed scope, quantity, is specified in Annex no. 3.1 to the SWZ, CPV code 15 81 00 00-9

2.2 in the scope of task no. 2: Frozen: Fruits, vegetables and poultry. The detailed scope, quantity, is specified in Annex no. 3.2 to the SWZ, CPV code 15 00 00 00-8

2.3 in the scope of task no. 3: Animal products, meat and meat products as well as poultry products. The detailed scope, quantity, is specified in Annex no. 3.3 to the SWZ, CPV code 15 10 00 00-9. The contractor must have a certificate from the unit responsible for issuing a decision on granting a veterinary identification number, having the authorisation to slaughter animals and process meat in this scope.

2.4 in the scope of task no. 4: Poultry / poultry meat. The detailed scope, quantity, is specified in Annex no. 3.4 to the SWZ, CPV code 15 11 20 00-6. The contractor must have a certificate from the unit responsible for issuing a decision on granting a veterinary identification number, having the authorisation to process poultry meat.

2.5 in the scope of task no. 5: Potatoes, vegetables, fruits and nuts. The detailed scope, quantity, is specified in Annex no. 3.5 to the SWZ, CPV code 03 20 00 00-3

2.6 in the scope of task no. 6: Eggs. The detailed scope, quantity, is specified in Annex no. 3.6 to the SWZ, CPV code 03 14 25 00-3

2.7 in the scope of task no. 7: Dairy products; Animal or vegetable oils and fats. The detailed scope, quantity, is specified in Annex no. 3.7 to the SWZ, CPV codes 15 50 00 00-3; 15 40 00 00-2

2.8 in the scope of task no. 8: Cereal processing products, starch and starch products; Various food products; Fruits, vegetables and similar products; Meat preserves and preparations; Processed and canned fish; Coffee, tea and similar products; spices and root spices, vegetable oil. The detailed scope, quantity, is specified in Annex no. 3.8 to the SWZ - CPV codes: 15 60 00 00-4; 15 80 00 00-6; 15 30 00 00-1; 15 13 10 00-5, 15 20 00 00-0; 15 98 10 00-8; 15 86 00 00-4; 15 87 00 00-7; 15 41 11 00-3.

2.9 in the scope of task no. 9: Frozen fish, fish fillets and other fish meat. The detailed scope, quantity, is specified in Annex no. 3.9 to the SWZ, CPV code: 15 20 00 00-0. Additionally, the detailed scope, specification for all parts is specified in the draft contract conditions (Annex no. 4 to the SWZ).
