Germany – Engineering services – Zweckverband Gewerbepark Hunsrück-Mosel - Planungsleistungen für die Erschließung des Gewerbegebiets Gonzerath-Hinter Kreuz in der Gemeinde Morbach

A. General

The Zweckverband Gewerbepark Hunsrück-Mosel intends to develop the Gonzerath-Hinter Kreuz commercial area in the municipality of Morbach. The planning area covers approximately 20 ha, of which the commercial area to be developed is approximately 11 ha. The planning area has building rights through a legally binding land-use plan, which is attached to this notice. As part of the preparation of the land-use plan, preliminary planning for the necessary development facilities has already been carried out, which is the subject of the tender documents.

B. Description of the planning services

The contracting authority is therefore tendering the planning for:

- the traffic facilities for LPH 3 - 9 and the special service Local Construction Supervision according to Appendix 13 of the HOAI 2021,

- civil engineering structures Land Modelling for LPH 3 - 9 and the Special Service Local Construction Supervision according to Appendix 12 of the HOAI 2021,

- civil engineering structure Surface Water Drainage Systems for LPH 3 - 9 and the Special Service Local Construction Supervision according to Appendix 12 of the HOAI 2021,

- civil engineering structure Water and Firewater Supply for LPH 3 - 9 and the Special Service Local Construction Supervision according to Appendix 12 of the HOAI 2021, and

- civil engineering structure Wastewater Disposal for LPH 3 - 9 and the Special Service Local Construction Supervision according to Appendix 12 of the HOAI 2021.

C. Description of the basic services and the special services

As a special service, the contractor supports the contracting authority in the tendering of a detailed site investigation by preparing a schedule of services, obtaining tenders and preparing a tender proposal. The respective hourly rates are to be offered for additional/unforeseen services.

In "LPH 7 - Involvement in Tendering", the contracting authority is involved in the procurement of tenders and the awarding of contracts in that it prepares the publication, carries out the publication, is the administrator of the tender portal, carries out the submission and then hands over the documents to the contractor.

In addition to "LPH 8 - Construction Supervision", the Local Construction Supervision will be remunerated with a percentage of the chargeable construction costs to be offered. As special services, the preparation of as-built drawings for the water supply and wastewater disposal lines and the service connections is to be offered.
