The subject of the contract is the construction of two fire lookout towers in the forest districts of Zwierzyniec and Grabina, Skierniewice Forest District, as part of the FEnIKS project entitled: Comprehensive project to adapt forests and forestry to climate change - prevention, response and mitigation of the effects of forest fire hazards (PPOŻ2). 1. To ensure the correct execution of the investment, the following construction works should be carried out: a) demolition of the radio tower located in the Zwierzyniec forest district on plot no. 257/1222, situated in the cadastral area of Maków, gm. Maków, in accordance with the demolition project, b) construction of a fire lookout tower in the Zwierzyniec forest district on plot no. 257/1222, situated in the cadastral area of Maków, gm. Maków, involving the execution of foundations for the lookout tower, execution of a steel lattice tower structure, 45.5 m high (lattice structure) made of fire-galvanised steel, total height of the tower with foundations 49.0 m above ground level, including tower equipment (execution of an electrical connection for powering the elements of the anti-fire monitoring system located on the towers being built and earthing installations), in accordance with the design documentation, STWiORB and building permit, execution of fencing around the tower with hardening of the terrain inside the fence, c) construction of a fire lookout tower in the Grabina forest district on plot no. 215/1209, situated in the cadastral area of Mokra Prawa, gm. Skierniewice, involving the execution of foundations for the lookout tower, execution of a steel lattice tower structure, 45.5 m high (lattice structure) made of fire-galvanised steel, total height of the tower with foundations 49.0 m above ground level, including tower equipment (execution of an electrical connection for powering the elements of the anti-fire monitoring system located on the towers being built and earthing installations) in accordance with the design documentation, STWiORB and building permit, execution of fencing around the tower with hardening of the terrain inside the fence, d) an integral part of the contract is the land development project, building design project, technical design and STWiORB and the contractor's offer. 2. The investment will be carried out on cadastral plot no. 257/1222, cadastral area of Maków, gm. Maków, pow. skierniewicki, woj. łódzkie and on cadastral plot no. 215/1209, cadastral area 1905 Mokra Prawa, gm. Skierniewice, powiat skierniewicki, woj. Łódzkie. 3. The investment will be co-financed from the FEnIKS 2021-2027 programme. 3.2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract has been defined in the SWZ, in particular in: 1. design documentation together with the scope of works, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (Appendix No. 2 and 3 to the SWZ). 2. the draft contractual provisions regarding the public contract, which will be incorporated into the public contract (Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ). The contracting authority indicates that in the event of discrepancies between the individual documents constituting the design documentation being identified by the contractors, priority should first be given to the building design, then the executive design and then the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, and finally the scope. The contractor must notify the contracting authority of any discrepancies identified in the documentation, including the design documentation.
