Poland – Construction work – ROZBUDOWA DROGI EKSPRESOWEJ S1 ODC. MYSŁOWICE – LĘDZINY (JEZDNIA LEWA I PRAWA)

1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of the expansion of the S1 expressway from km 549+830,00 to km 554+570,00. The above section is a fragment of the S1 expressway connecting the existing route of the S1 road from the Pyrzowice junction to the Brzęczkowice junction with the under-construction section of this road from the Kosztowy II junction to Bielsko-Biała. The contract is being implemented in the design and build formula. 2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Volume III-V SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to personally perform key tasks by the Contractor, i.e. the surface of the main route including the creation and incorporation, and the execution of the remaining layers of the surface structure above the native soil (excavation) or embankment (embankment), with the exception of the supply of materials and services. In relation to the key tasks reserved for personal performance by the Contractor, the Contractor may not rely on the capabilities of the entity providing resources, on the basis of the provisions of art. 118 para. 1 of the Pzp Act, in order to demonstrate compliance with the relevant participation conditions in the procedure. 4. The above-mentioned contract is a contract with a value exceeding the equivalent in zlotys of the amount for construction works, i.e. 20,000,000 euro.
