1. Contract title: Renewal of support services for the Darktrace system for identifying cyber threat anomalies. 2. The subject of the contract is*: 2.1. renewal by the Contractor of the Licence and Technical Support from the Manufacturer for the Software System owned by the Contracting Authority, while maintaining continuity with the previous period of Manufacturer's Technical Support; 2.2. provision by the Contractor of Service Services. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, as well as the conditions and rules for the implementation of the contract (including a description and provisions on equivalence) are specified in the Draft Contract Terms constituting Annex No. 6 to the Specification of Contract Conditions (hereinafter: "SCC"). * Terms used in capital letters have been defined in the Draft Contract Terms, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SCC.
