The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of the task entitled: „Design, supply and construction of the photovoltaic installation named PV Skalin 1 with an installed capacity of up to 5,61 MW; 2. Design, supply and construction of the photovoltaic installation named PV Gryfice 2 with an installed capacity of up to 9 MW; 3. Design, supply and construction of the Electrical Energy Storage named ME Skalin 1 with an installed capacity of 4,472 MW; and 4. Design, supply and construction of the Electrical Energy Storage named ME Gryfice 2 with an installed capacity of 8,944 MW”. The subject of the contract includes 4 tasks for the execution of construction works in the design and build formula: Task 1: „Design, supply and construction of the photovoltaic installation named PV Skalin 1 with an installed capacity of up to 5,61 MW”, financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), G3.1.4. „Support for the national energy system (Energy Support Fund)” Task 2: „Design, supply and construction of the photovoltaic installation named PV Gryfice 2 with an installed capacity of up to 9 MW” financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO), G3.1.4. „Support for the national energy system (Energy Support Fund)” For Task 1 and 2, the subject of the contract is the comprehensive execution of construction and electrical works as well as necessary design works in the scope of design, redesign, construction and supply of photovoltaic installations: „PV Skalin 1” with an installed capacity of up to 5,61 MW and „PV Gryfice 2” with an installed capacity of up to 9 MW together with the construction of cable lines SN along with fibre optic lines. Task 3: „Design, supply and construction of the Electrical Energy Storage named ME Skalin 1 with an installed capacity of 4,472 MW”, for which a grant agreement for the implementation of the Investment named „Energy storages: Skalin and Gryfice 2” was signed from the funds of NFOŚiGW collected in the Modernisation Fund account. Task 4: „Design, supply and construction of the Electrical Energy Storage named ME Gryfice 2 with an installed capacity of 8,944 MW”, for which a grant agreement for the implementation of the Investment named „Energy storages: Skalin and Gryfice 2” was signed from the funds of NFOŚiGW collected in the Modernisation Fund account. For Task 3 and Task 4 – the subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment project consisting of the construction of electrical energy storages (hereinafter: EES) along with internal cabling as well as necessary infrastructure and installations, accompanying systems and connection to newly designed 15/0,8 kV substations. The storages will cooperate with newly designed installations (Task 1 and 2). Construction of the electrical energy storage ME Skalin 1 and ME Gryfice 2 with a total capacity of 13 416 kW and capacity of 26 832 kWh. The installations will consist of: EES Skalin 1 • 2 units with a rated power of 2 236 kW and capacity of 4 472 kWh each, integrated with the newly designed photovoltaic farm PV Skalin 1 with a capacity of 5,61 MW. The storages will function as a hybrid installation, as according to the obtained connection conditions, it can also draw electrical energy from the grid. The energy storage will be connected to the newly designed containerised transformer station. EES Gryfice 2 • 4 units with a rated power of 2 236 kW and capacity of 4 472 kWh each, integrated with the newly designed photovoltaic farm PV Gryfice 2 with a capacity of 9 MW. The storages will function as a hybrid installation, as according to the obtained connection conditions, it can also draw electrical energy from the grid. The storage will be connected to the newly designed transformer stations SN/nN. The designed energy storage systems Skalin 1 and Gryfice 2 will be located on the territory of the designed PV farms – in the immediate vicinity of the designed transformer stations. The designed locations will have guaranteed access to electrical, road and service infrastructure. The area will be fenced, monitored and excluded from general public use.
