Poland – Engineering design services – Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo – kosztorysowej dla obiektów małej retencji nizinnej wraz z pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego na terenie Nadleśnictwa Leśny Dwór

The procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender based on art. 129, para. 1, point 1) in conjunction with art. 129, para. 2 and art. 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended - "PZP") and the implementing acts to the PZP. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for classical procurements with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure", referred to in art. 139, para. 1, 3-4 PZP. According to the cited provisions, the Contracting Authority first carries out an examination and evaluation of the tenders, and then qualifies the Contractor, whose tender was highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. The subject of the procurement is the preparation of design and cost documentation relating to small lowland retention objects in the Mielno and Świelubie forest districts, as well as the performance of author's supervision over the implementation of the works based on the prepared documentation. The procurement is implemented with own and external funds within the framework of the Programme European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027, entitled: "Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - small retention and combating water erosion in lowland areas - continuation (MRN3)". The subject of the procurement has been divided into three parts: 1) Part I - Performance of design services and author's supervision for the task "Reconstruction of the monk in the Mielno forest district, comp. 156 h"; 2) Part II - Performance of design services and author's supervision for the task "Reconstruction of the monk in the Świelubie forest district, comp. 295d"; 3) Part III - Performance of design services and author's supervision for the task "Reconstruction of two monks in the Mielno forest district, comp. 154g".
