Netherlands – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Raamovereenkomst bouwkundige onderhoudswerkzaamheden 2027-2031

The aim of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the execution of planned, preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance of the non-monumental real estate of the municipality of Bergen op Zoom. The works include building works, painting, roofing works and plastering works. Additionally, small-scale projects and renovations may also be part of the contract. The municipality has approximately 66 properties in ownership and/or management.
