Poland – Cleaning services – Kompleksowe utrzymanie czystości w POP w latach 2027-2029

The subject of the Contract is a service involving comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in facilities managed by ZTM in the Warsaw Metro and used under lease agreements in the territory of the city of Warsaw. List of Passenger Service Points, hereinafter referred to as POP: 1) POP metro Ratusz Arsenał 2) POP metro Centrum I 3) POP metro Politechnika 4) POP metro Służew 5) POP metro Imielin 6) POP metro Dw. Wileński 7) POP Dw. Centralny 8) POP metro Bemowo 9) POP metro Kondratowicza 2. Detailed requirements, obligations, scope and schedule of the framework frequencies for performing the service within the subject of the Contract are specified in the Contract Subject Description (Annex 1 to SWZ). 3. The Contracting Authority requires the employment, under an employment contract in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502, as amended), by the Contractor of persons performing the service of comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in facilities managed by ZTM in the Warsaw Metro and used under lease agreements in the territory of the city of Warsaw. The method of documenting the employment of these persons and the rights of the Contracting Authority in terms of controlling the Contractor's compliance with the above requirement, including the determination of sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements, is specified in the Contract Template, which is Annex 7 to SWZ. 2) The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Act. These contracts may include the performance of a service involving comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in newly opening POP points. The Contracting Authority will award these contracts on terms no less favourable than the basic contract. In the event of the opening of a new POP point, the monthly lump sum for its comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness will be equal to the monthly price indicated in the Contractor's offer for a point with the most similar area (surface in m²) to the newly opening point.
