Finland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Tavanomaisten tilahankkeiden pää- ja arkkitehtisuunnittelun puitejärjestely 2027-2029 (2029-3031)

The Urban Environment Division is procuring main and architectural design services as well as other expert tasks for various public construction projects of different sizes and for other purposes in the City of Helsinki. The objects of the assignments are mainly the public buildings owned by the City of Helsinki and managed by the Urban Environment Division (e.g. buildings for the education and training sector, social and health sector, cultural and leisure sector, as well as office and commercial buildings) and include renovation, refurbishment, extension and new construction projects, which are always associated with the objectives of ecologically sustainable construction and a circular economy. A more detailed description of the tasks within the framework agreement is provided in the service description attached to the invitation to tender (Attachment 1) and in other attached documents. Based on this procurement process, the contractors with whom the contracts for the provision of the aforementioned services (framework agreement) will be concluded are selected. 10 contractors will be selected for the framework agreement. If there are fewer than the above-mentioned number of suitable contractors and acceptable tenders, the corresponding number of contracts will also be concluded. The assignments are ordered on the basis of the percentage distribution of the overall economic advantage. The percentage share indicates the distribution of the value of the orders in euros, not the distribution of the number of orders. The estimated value of the contract for the entire procurement period (including possible option periods) excluding VAT is 5 000 000 and the maximum estimated total value of the contract is 7 000 000 euros.
