The scope of the contract includes, inter alia: 1) repair of the front facade, 2) insulation of the courtyard facade, 3) insulation of the attic ceiling, 4) insulation of the basement ceiling, 5) replacement of window joinery, 6) basement repair, 7) execution of vertical insulation of foundation walls, 8) execution of a concrete slab band around the building, 9) repair of residential unit (vacant) no. 17-18, 10) execution of basement and attic lighting, 11) execution, delivery and assembly of an "information board for residents" - within 7 days from the date of taking over the construction site from the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the Contractors' Instruction "Rules for marking investments in terms of information for residents". In the event of damage or defacement of the information board, the board should be restored to its original state or replaced by the Contractor within 7 days from the date of damage detection. The Contractor undertakes to replace the board at most once, 12) design, execution, delivery and assembly of an "information board regarding the premium obtained" within 14 days from the date of handover of the construction site, in accordance with the Council of Ministers Regulation of 7 May 2021 on the specification of information activities undertaken by entities implementing tasks financed or co-financed from the state budget or from state special purpose funds (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 953, as amended). The template of the board and explanations regarding the execution technique and the scope of information were specified in the annex to the Council of Ministers Regulation of 7 July 2023 amending the aforementioned regulation (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1471).
