The Federal Agency for Real Estate (BImA) intends to develop a residential building with 4 full floors and a terrace floor, including an underground garage, in the north of Munich. The ground floor will accommodate a daycare facility, while the planned 14 residential units will be located on the upper floors. Additionally, an age-appropriate outdoor area for the daycare facility and an outdoor area concept for the entire site are to be developed. The gross floor area (GFA) of the building to be planned is 2 280 m2 above ground, of which 1 540 m2 is for residential use on the upper floors and 740 m2 is for the accommodation of the daycare facility, a staircase, and the underground garage entrance to be integrated into the building on the ground floor. The underground garage has a GFA of 785 m2. This tender procedure aims to find a general planner who can promptly provide the planning services required for this (see II.2.4).
