1. The subject of the contract is “Delivery of two electric buses”. 2. This contract is co-financed using funds from the European Regional Development Fund as part of the programme European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027, Priority European Funds for urban mobility in Lower Silesia, project title “Construction of infrastructure for clean urban transport.” 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Detailed description of the subject of the contract. 4. The contracting authority indicates that the subject of the contract will be put into use by an operator selected in a separate procedure. In this regard, the Contractor cannot exclude from the warranty and guarantee the responsibility for defects, faults, breakdowns that occur during the use of the subject of the contract by this operator. 5.
