The subject of the contract is the implementation of an investment task within the project entitled „Investment actions in the field of building the Infrastructure of the Energy Cluster Energia Południa”. 2. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Act, allows for the submission of partial offers. The contract has been divided into 2 (in words: two parts), as follows: 2.1. part 1 „Investment actions in the field of building the infrastructure of the Energy Cluster Energia Południa – photovoltaic installations, energy storage and heat pumps for CO and CWU in private buildings and public utility buildings” The contract involves the design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of: 1) for Gmina Gnojnik: Residential buildings: a) 140 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 5 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage, c) 14 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter, d) 57 heat pump installations for CO and CWU, Public utility buildings: a) 14 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 4 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter, 2) for Gmina Borzęcin: Residential buildings: a) 75 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 3 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage, c) 9 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter, Public utility buildings: a) 12 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, 3) for Gmina Czchów: Residential buildings: a) 198 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 3 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage, c) 14 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter, Public utility buildings: a) 16 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, 4) for Gmina Dębno: Residential buildings: a) 93 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 4 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage, c) 14 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter, d) 66 heat pump installations for CO and CWU, Public utility buildings: a) 13 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 1 photovoltaic installation with a hybrid inverter without energy storage 5) for Gmina Iwkowa: Residential buildings: a) 43 heat pump installations for CO and CWU, Public utility buildings: a) 9 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 9 heat pumps/cascades of heat pumps for CO and CWU, 6) for Gmina Szczurowa Residential buildings: a) 68 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 3 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage, c) 11 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter, Public utility buildings: a) 14 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage, b) 4 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage, c) 2 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations to be performed is described in the Project Technical Documentation (Subject of the Contract), which is Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ and in the Draft Contract Terms, which are Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ, being an integral part of the SWZ. 2.2. part 2 – „Investment actions in the field of building the infrastructure of the Energy Cluster Energia Południa – hydrogen installation” The contract involves the design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of a hydrogen installation cooperating with the existing photovoltaic installation of the Contracting Authority – Gmina Gnojnik, located on the site of the Sewage Treatment Plant in Gnojnik. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations to be performed is described in the Project Technical Documentation (Subject of the Contract), which is PFU – Construction of OZE installation in the area of Gmina Gnojnik - hydrogen installation (Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ) and in the Draft Contract Terms (Annex No. 2.2 to the SWZ), which are an integral part of the SWZ.
