Czechia – Energy and related services – Poskytování energetických služeb metodou EPC na objektech Městské části Praha 5

The subject of this contract is the provision of energy services with guaranteed results (savings in operational costs related to energy use – hereafter referred to as “services”) for the premises of the Prague 5 district. As part of the contract, the service provider will prepare a proposal for energy-saving measures. The implementation of energy-saving measures within the meaning of this contract includes the following tasks: a) preparation of project documentation and ensuring other activities for obtaining building permits for the implementation of saving measures, if, according to the participant's tender, they are necessary with regard to the proposed measures and were not provided by the contracting authority, b) all engineering activities, in particular handling matters related to obtaining a building permit, c) preparation of implementation project documentation for the implementation of saving measures, d) supply and installation of the designed saving measures “turnkey”, e) preparation of documentation of the actual implementation of saving measures, f) preparation of a detailed operating procedure for newly installed equipment and training of operators, g) energy management (services including continuous monitoring and evaluation of achieved energy savings) for the duration of the contractual relationship, including inspection of installed equipment, h) provision of a guarantee for achieving the expected savings, i) monitoring and evaluation of achieved results for the duration of the contractual relationship.
