The subject of the public procurement contract includes construction and installation works ("C&I"/"construction") and related activities for the construction of the following object: "RECONSTRUCTION OF ELECTRICAL AND KIP AND A SYSTEM IN OC YUG, PROPERTY OF "EVN BULGARIA TOPOLOFICATION" EAD, PL. PLOVDIV". The electrical equipment of OC Yug includes: a cable line from MKRU underground to Regulation 20kV in the Electrical Building Regulation 20kV, consisting of 3 units KRU "Cable Input", "Measurement", "Transformer Protection", including a place for another 1 unit reserve KRU power transformer 1000kVA, 20/0.4kV, mounted in a separate transformer cell with natural ventilation reserve transformer cell with natural ventilation low voltage panel LVB 380/220V in the Control Room on K+4.30 of the Electrical Building power electrical installation for power supply of technological consumers lighting, lightning protection and grounding system of the buildings. At the moment, the technological processes in OC Yug are managed by an existing automated system for managing technological processes, based on programmable logic controllers and SCADA functionalities in the Simatic PCS 7 (Siemens) environment. The working project provides for the integration of the new equipment into the existing system. The heating plant is the third category in terms of electrical supply. In terms of fire safety, OC YUG is category F5V. In terms of lightning protection, OC YUG is the third category. The object is the sixth category according to art. 147, para. 1, item 2 of the EIA.
