The subject of the contract is the updating of the design documentation for the construction, geodesy and environmental aspects for Stage 2 of the Regional Road Racibórz – Pszczyna, specifically from the junction at ul. Pstrązkiej in Rzuchów (including the entire junction) to ul. Raciborskiej in Rydułtowy. Road class: GP Section: 2/2 Length of the section covered by the update: approx. 5.64 km Scope of the update of the design documentation: The update will include, among others: 1) preparation of a map for design purposes, 2) conducting sectoral surveys, 3) obtaining land registry extracts, 4) updating the land development project, 5) updating the architectural and construction project in the scope of the road sector and engineering structures, as well as the landscaping project, 6) updating the projects of sanitary networks and electrical and telecommunication networks, 7) conducting a BRD audit, 8) preparing an application for the issuance of a ZRID decision, 9) preparing a cadastral map with delimitation lines, 10) preparing a map with the route of the road, marking the area for construction objects and existing ground reinforcement, 11) conducting an analysis of the road's connections with other public roads, 12) determining changes in the existing infrastructure of land development, 13) obtaining opinions required by the road sector, 14) updating the projects of land division, 15) updating the traffic forecast for the entire unbuilt route of the Regional Road Racibórz – Pszczyna, 16) conducting a nature inventory, 17) preparing a new environmental impact report, 18) preparing the executive project, 19) preparing the project of temporary traffic organisation TOR and the final traffic organisation DOR, 20) preparing the list of works in the technological layout, for each sector, and in the specification layout (TER), preparing technical specifications and acceptance of construction works, preparing the investor's cost estimate for all sectors – detailed and simplified layout, and in the form of TER, 21) preparing the technical project, 22) preparing the projects of demolition of colliding objects, 23) obtaining water law permits. The update includes, among others, adapting the documentation to the applicable technical and construction regulations regarding public roads. As part of the task, there may be a need to update (or obtain new) decisions, agreements and opinions, including current geological and mining conditions or supplementing the geotechnical conditions of the foundation. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided by: - description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 5 to SWZ, - planned provisions of the contract – Annex No. 4 to SWZ. The contracting authority requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to implement the contract, whether as main elements, components, environment elements, service provisions or accompanying solutions, does not include: • ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of the security of the state; • an ICT product whose type has been determined in a decision recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. Failure to meet the above requirement results in the rejection of the offer pursuant to Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Pzp Act.
