Poland – Solar photovoltaic modules – „Odnawialne Źródła Energii na terenie Gminy Ujazd”

The subject of the contract is the performance of a task within the project entitled: „Renewable Energy Sources in the Municipality of Ujazd”. The subject of the contract includes the preparation of design documentation and works aimed at the implementation of an investment consisting of the supply, installation and commissioning of installations in private buildings and public utility buildings. The undertaking will be carried out in the „design and build” system. The subject of the contract is carried out within: Project FELD.02.28-IZ.00-0005/25 implemented within FELD.02.28 Action: Renewable energy sources – ZIT Tomaszów Mazowiecki - Opoczno within the Priority: European funds for green Łódź, Programme: European Funds for Łódź 2021-2027

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into the following two parts:

Part No. 1: Renewable energy sources in private buildings

• 72 units of photovoltaic installations with energy storage for individual residents.

Part No. 2: Renewable energy sources in public utility buildings

• 3 units of photovoltaic installations,

• 8 units of photovoltaic installations with energy storage,

• 1 unit of pellet boiler installation in a public utility building.

3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in:

1) for Part No. 1: in the functional-user programme, which is Annex No. 6 to the SWZ;

2) for Part No. 2: in the functional-user programme, which is Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and technical projects, which are Annex No. 6b to the SWZ;
