Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of supervision over the design and implementation of Works and management of the Contract entitled: “Design and construction of the S17 expressway Piaski – Hrebenne, section 5: node “Zamość Sitaniec” without the node - node “Zamość Wschód” without the node” under the conditions specified in the Agreement with the Consultant and in accordance with the Contract Terms for the above investment task. The service includes the Consultant performing obligations in accordance with the Agreement, based on the OWK and SWK, in particular: supervising the design, verifying the project documentation, its completeness, mutual consistency, performing control calculations to identify any errors, managing, supervising the investment and controlling the implementation of the works until the date of issuing the Final Payment Certificate, conducting informative and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperating in this respect with the Contracting Authority, including, among others, with the Director of the Branch, Project Manager and the position responsible for communication in the GDDKiA Branch and the Contractor's Representatives, in the event that the investment is co-financed from EU funds, fulfilling the obligations arising from the procedures contained in the current requirements/guidelines regarding investments co-financed from EU funds and the current procedures of the FEnIKS Project Beneficiaries for GDDKiA (or procedures that will be applied in the next EU perspective), providing the service of investment supervision over the implementation of construction works and participating in Warranty Reviews and overseeing the removal of any defects/flaws identified in the warranty reviews, within the framework of the concluded Contract, supporting the Contracting Authority as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project, supervising the design work and works within the scope of additional tasks necessary for the performance of the Contract, arising during the implementation of the Contract - granted on the basis of the Public Procurement Law, constant monitoring, conducting and resolving matters related to the proper performance by the individual Contractors, documents of the Contractor and construction works at the junction of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with the Consultant Teams supervising adjacent investments - as a result of which the Consultant will have the obligation to develop the principles and manner of proper performance of the Contractor's documents and construction works. If necessary, the Contracting Authority will appoint the leading Consultant managing the coordination at the junction of the Projects. The Consultant will provide laboratory support for the Contracting Authority's laboratory. As part of the implementation of the agreement, the Consultant is obliged to purchase construction journals needed at the stage of implementation of the Works. The Consultant Team will be headed by the Contract Engineer. He will act in accordance with the role assigned to the Engineer in the FIDIC Contract Conditions and in the SWK, within the scope of powers specified in this Specification of Contract Terms (SWZ) and resulting from the current provisions of the Construction Law, legal acts and guidelines regulating the expenditure of EU Funds. with an estimated value of over 140,000 EURO.
