Bulgaria – Construction supervision services – „Изготвяне на Оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект и осъществяване на независим строителен надзор по време на изпълнение на СМР на територията на община Търговище по 3 обособени позиции“, изпълнявани по проект №BG16FFPR003-2.002-0013: „Устойчиво развитие на територията, обновяване и модернизиране на градската среда в град Търговище“, по Програма "Развитие на регионите"2021-2027“

The present public procurement is divided into 3 (three) separate lots, as follows:

Lot No. 1: "Preparation of a Compliance Assessment of the Investment Project and Implementation of Independent Construction Supervision during the Execution of Works on the Object: Engineering - Design, Construction and Author's Supervision of the Object: Major Repair of Municipal Road TGV1169 / II - 49, Targovishte - Bistra/Davidovo - Ralitsa from km 0+000 to km 4+500, in Targovishte Municipality, Targovishte District";

Lot No. 2: "Preparation of a Compliance Assessment of the Investment Project and Implementation of Independent Construction Supervision during the Execution of Works on the Object: Engineering - Design, Construction and Author's Supervision of the Object: Major Repair of Municipal Road TGV 1176 / II – 74, Pevec – Targovishte / Ruec – Ovcharovo from km 0+000 to km 6+900, in Targovishte Municipality, Targovishte District";

Lot No. 3: "Preparation of a Compliance Assessment of the Investment Project and Implementation of Independent Construction Supervision during the Execution of Works on the Object: Engineering - Design, Construction and Author's Supervision of the Object: Major Repair of Municipal Road TGV 1171 / from TGV 2160 (centre, village of Alvanovo)/Alvanovo to TGV 1166 and from TGV 1166 (Shipka St., village of Lovets) – Osen / to Road III-5102/ from km 0+000 to km 12+000, in Targovishte Municipality, Targovishte District".

The subject of the procurement includes the performance of the following activities: Compliance Assessment of the Investment Project, with the main requirements for the constructions according to Art. 142, para. 5 of the BUILDING CODE. Technical control of the "Constructive" part, according to Art. 142, para. 10 of the BUILDING CODE (when applicable); Provision of expert support to the Beneficiary and the Designer in the coordination of the Investment Project with the competent control bodies, operating companies and interested parties; Preparation of a comprehensive report according to Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the BUILDING CODE; Exercise of construction supervision according to Art. 168, para. 1 in connection with Art. 168, para. 2 of the BUILDING CODE and carrying out checks and controls of the supplied and incorporated in the construction building products, with which the main requirements for the constructions are ensured in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance under Art. 9, para. 2, item 5 of the Law on Technical Requirements for Products; Performance of the functions of the Safety and Health Coordinator for the construction execution stage according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work when performing construction and installation works; Preparation and registration of a technical passport for the construction according to Art. 176a of the BUILDING CODE and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of constructions; Preparation of a final report according to Art. 168, para. 6 of the BUILDING CODE.
