Bulgaria – Construction-site supervision services – Изготвяне на комплексен доклад за оценка на съответствието на инвестиционен проект и упражняване на строителен надзор по време на изпълнение на СМР на обект „Реконструкция и основен ремонт на спортна площадка в ПИ с идент. 12574.501.1317, гр. Вълчи дол“

The subject of the contract includes the following main activities:

- Preparation of a comprehensive report assessing the compliance of the investment project with the essential requirements of Article 169(1), items 1-6 of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA), while observing the requirements of Article 142(5) of the SPA.

- Performance of consulting services for exercising construction supervision during the construction of the facility, in accordance with Article 166(1), items 1 and 2, Article 168, and Article 169b(1) of the SPA, in scope and extent according to the requirements of the SPA and subordinate regulatory acts, including the implementation of control regarding the completeness and proper drafting of acts and protocols during construction, in accordance with Ordinance No. 3/2003.

- Preparation of a final report to the Beneficiary, in accordance with Article 168(6) of the SPA.

- Performance of the functions of the Safety and Health Coordinator, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work during the performance of construction and installation works.

- Preparation of a technical passport in accordance with Article 176a of the SPA and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports for constructions.
