The subject of the contract is the supply of low-floor trams. The subject of the contract includes: 1) the basic scope (guaranteed), i.e. the supply of 20 multi-section, low-floor, bidirectional trams with specialist maintenance equipment, repair package, operational package, tram elements and technical data necessary for the inclusion of the tram in the simulator system operated by the Contracting Authority, technical documentation including licenses and software including licenses, conducting training and carrying out accident repairs (during the warranty period granted for the trams), 2) the option, i.e. the supply of 42 multi-section, low-floor, bidirectional trams with an operational package, licenses for technical documentation and software and carrying out accident repairs (during the warranty period granted for the trams), as well as the supply of elements of specialist maintenance equipment for trams, the supply of elements of the repair package for trams and the conduct of additional training. 2.
