Finland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Tukijärjestelmien ylläpito ja jatkokehitys

The subject of the procurement is expert IT services for the maintenance and development of support systems related to emergency response operations. The Emergency Services Agency uses a secure network (TUVE) compliant with the high security and safety requirements of public administration security authorities, based on the Act on the Security Network Operations of Public Administration (10/2015). The expert work covered by the procurement maintains the Emergency Services Agency's support systems, which are located in Valtorin TL III and TL IV environments. Additionally, the procurement includes expert work for the development of support systems. The services covered by the procurement are described in general terms in Appendix 1 "Description of the Procurement Subject" of the Participation Request.

CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period is four (4) years. The aim is for the procurement contract to come into force in January 2027.

PROCUREMENT SCOPE

The total scope of the procurement for the contract period is approximately 1280 htp, of which the maintenance work accounts for 480 htp and the expert work for development is approximately 800 htp.
