The service of specialist structural design is being tendered through a negotiated procedure with a competitive dialogue for the award of structural design services in accordance with § 51 HOAI for phases 1 to 6 (performance levels 1 to 3). -- The advertised service of structural design is to supplement the already advertised building design service for the new construction of a modern teaching building at the current location of the sports hall. For the scope of the planning, please refer to the published task description (file "0193-26 Aufgabenstellung.pdf"). -- To participate in this tender, in the first stage (competition for participation), the submission of an application form (participation request) with the required information and evidence is required by the set deadline. The best-suited applicants selected at the end of the evaluation of the first stage will become participants in the second stage of the procedure (bidding procedure). The second stage begins with the invitation to submit a first offer. -- Further negotiations will be conducted on the received and evaluated first offer. After the submission of the final non-negotiable offers, the bidders will be invited to a presentation to personally present themselves before a jury. A written/digital presentation is not desired, not required and will not be evaluated.
