The subject of the contract is the replacement of lift no. 18 in Pavilion B of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża, by dismantling the existing lift and supplying, installing and commissioning a new lift, ensuring accessibility for people with special needs, including people with disabilities. The detailed scope of the contract, the required and offered technical parameters of the lift, is set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ. The conditions relating to the execution of the contract are defined in the contract template constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.
