Stiftung Aktion Sonnenschein - Hilfe für das mehrfach behinderte KindGermanyPublished on Aug 02, 2026
No deadline given

Description

The Stiftung Aktion Sonnenschein operates a Montessori Integration Kindergarten, an Inclusive Montessori School, and a Heilpädagogische Tagesstätte (Special Educational Needs Focus: Intellectual Development) at Heiglhofstraße 63, 81377 Munich. The Heilpädagogische Tagesstätte (HpT) is housed in the "Cluster M" building, which is to be renovated. Building M consists of a basement (UG), ground floor (EG) and first floor (OG). The EG and OG each have 3 HpT group rooms and ancillary rooms (specialist rooms, office, toilets, etc.). Additionally, offices for the administration of the Stiftung Aktion Sonnenschein are located in Cluster M (in the former school caretaker's apartment). The entire building infrastructure (heating, electricity, water supply and disposal, IT infrastructure, etc.) is centrally organised and does not distinguish between the facilities or the different legal entities. Like all other building sections of the property, building M is, however, independently positioned and, to a certain extent, forms its own building structure, which is connected to the other building structures by corridors and thus forms a technical building unit. The building was constructed at the end of the 1980s. The roof requires a fundamental renovation. Furthermore, due to the demolition of the neighbouring building immediately adjacent to the building, part of the facade needs to be redesigned. The electrical system no longer meets the current technical standard. Based on experiences from work on the sanitary installations in buildings A and B, it is assumed that the sanitary installations in Cluster M are also nearing the end of their normal service life due to age. A core renovation therefore appears to be the most sensible and economical approach. Any copyright of the planning architect must not be affected. During the renovation, it should be examined whether the structural conditions inside the building allow for the accommodation of 4 HpT groups on each floor. The caretaker's apartment would then be dissolved if necessary. During the renovation work, the HpT groups will presumably be relocated to temporary buildings on the site. The work should, if possible, be carried out during the school holidays. A rough cost estimate for the area of 1,100 NUF amounts to around 9-10 million EUR gross (KGR 200-700, cost estimate 2026, of which roof renovation approx. 2.0 million EUR gross). The project management services according to HAV-KOM are to be awarded with the present procedure. Furthermore, (optional) Special Services are to be awarded. The services are to be started immediately after the procedure. The services will be called off and awarded in stages. The awarding of further stages also requires secured funding/financing. Further procedural documents will be made available via the platform.
