In the framework agreement Wmo-Jeugd2026, agreements are made between the municipality and the supplier regarding the conditions that a supplier must meet to provide support under the Youth Act and/or the Social Support Act in Nissewaard from 1 January 2026. The framework agreement is supplemented with one or more implementation agreements. Only parties that have signed both the framework agreement and one or more implementation agreements and the processor agreement may provide support in Nissewaard from 1 January 2026. The signed framework agreements, as well as the legally signed UEA (Annex II), and declaration of agreement (Annex III) and other requested information according to the checklist must be submitted via TenderNed. >€ 750,000.
