The construction object includes improvement, conservation, restoration and socialisation of the Ancient Forum of Philippopolis – East and South in UPI II- 521.1646, archaeology, general activities, part of PI with ID 56784.521.1435, part of PI with ID 56784.521.1382 and part of UPI III- square and general activities with ID 56784.521.1449, plot 125 according to the plan of the Central Geographic Center, Plovdiv, in accordance with the technical specifications, the contract and its annexes and the approved investment project. The object represents an immovable cultural asset – a monument of culture of national significance, part of the historical zone "Filippopolis-Trimontium-Plovdiv", declared with a protocol of the National Council for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage, approved by the Minister of Culture, No. 5/22.05.2000.
