The subject of the contract is the purchase of diesel fuel ON and unleaded petrol 95 for official vehicles in a cashless sales system, based on fuel cards, meeting the standards: PN-EN 590 and PN-EN 228, and the requirements of the Minister of Economy Regulation of 9 October 2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680). The above-mentioned fuels must meet the quality requirements specified in the Act on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels of 25 August 2006 (Journal of Laws 2025, item 1529 with later amendments). The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of the aforementioned fuels for official vehicles owned by the Public Transport Authority in Lipno. 2. The contract includes the cashless purchase of diesel fuel ON and unleaded petrol 95 at fuel stations, throughout the country, for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract. 3. Since the quantity of the ordered deliveries depends on the current needs of the Public Transport Authority in Lipno, the Buyer reserves the right that the quantity of litres indicated in the SWZ is an estimated quantity, given to correctly determine the maximum value of the contract. For this reason, the quantities indicated may change, and the remuneration of the Contractor will be paid according to the actual quantity of fuel litres purchased. Throughout the contract implementation period, the Buyer plans to purchase 40,000 litres of diesel fuel ON and 3,000 litres of unleaded petrol 95. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of diesel fuel to a double-walled tank with a capacity of 5 m³ located at the Public Transport Authority in Lipno, ul. Sierakowskiego 10c, 87-600 Lipno, in quantities of up to 380,000 litres, taking into account the parameters in the summer and winter periods, depending on the atmospheric conditions, with the parameters specified in the Polish Standard PN-EN 590, in accordance with the requirements of the Minister of Economy Regulation of 9 October 2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) and in accordance with the Act on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels of 25 August 2006 (Journal of Laws 2025, item 1529 with later amendments).
