Description

The subject of the order is the sale by the Contractor to the Purchaser of heating oil for heating rooms and water at the PUT Wągrowiec location, meeting the requirements of the applicable Polish and European standards and the requirements specified in Annex No. 2 to the Contract Template - "Quality Requirements for the Delivered Heating Oil" (hereinafter "Heating Oil") and the delivery of Heating Oil to the underground tank specified in detail in Annex No. 1 to the Contract Template - "Underground Tank" (hereinafter "Tank") located at the location mentioned in paragraph 2, in the estimated quantity: 205 200,00 litres.

2. The Contractor is obliged to deliver Heating Oil based on orders placed by the Purchaser (hereinafter "Orders") to the Underground Tank, located in Wągrowiec at ul. Leśna 1D, 62-100 Wągrowiec.

3. The Purchaser reserves the right to place Orders no more than once per calendar month.

4. The Purchaser will each time specify in the Order: the delivery date and time and the quantity of the requested delivery of Heating Oil. The term for the execution of the placed Order will be within the time frame from 7:00 to 16:00.

5. The Contractor is obliged to deliver Heating Oil using tanker trucks or other means of transport designated for the transport of hazardous materials. The Contractor is obliged to unload the Heating Oil exclusively using a DN80 type coupling with a Camlock system.

6. The delivered Heating Oil must meet the requirements specified in Standard PN-C-96024 "Petroleum Products. Heating Oils" in the scope of light grade heating oil L-1 or an equivalent standard.

7. The Purchaser informs that the purchased Heating Oil will be used exclusively for its own purposes.
