Description

The subject of this order is the supply of two photovoltaic installations with a capacity of 0.995–0.999 MWp, along with cooperating energy storage systems with a capacity of 1 MW and a capacity of 4 MWh for each installation. 1. The scope of the task includes: - designing PV farms and energy storage systems along with an analysis of electrical energy production, - obtaining all necessary administrative decisions and permits, including building permits and ornithological opinions after inventorying the site, which is the location of the investment, - installing the installation and connecting to the Tauron distribution network (including updating the WP which has already been applied for), - preparing as-built documentation, - performing configuration, startup, measurements, and training, - carrying out activities resulting in obtaining the final permit for use. For the emerging photovoltaic power plants, it is also necessary to install a common accompanying infrastructure consisting of: - fencing along with lighting infrastructure, - a visual monitoring system and burglary signaling, - an access authorization system for persons entering and exiting the investment site. All the requirements presented in the further part of the documentation will be treated by the contractor as a binding element of the subject of the order in the sense of its description. The given requirements are obligatory, unless the contractor, in a justified case, obtains the acceptance of the ordering party for alternative solutions, with at least equivalent technical and economic parameters. The applied alternative solutions may not cause a change in price. 2. Period of quality guarantee and warranty for defects - The ordering party requires that the period of quality guarantee for the subject of the contract performed should be 60 months from the date of final acceptance. In addition, the ordering party requires that the period of warranty for defects should be 60 months from the date of final acceptance. The conditions of the guarantee and warranty have been specified in Annex no. 8 to SWZ – draft contract terms. Note: in point XIX in point 2.2) SWZ, in the criterion for evaluating offers, an extended period of quality guarantee and warranty for defects is additionally scored. 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified by: - Specification of Essential Contract Terms - Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) - Annex no. 9 to SWZ - Draft contract terms - Annex no. 8 to SWZ.
