Poland – Gas oils – Dostawa 30 000 m3 oleju napędowego

The subject of the contract is the supply of drive oil in grade F in a quantity of up to 30,000 m3 at a reference temperature of 15°C, in order to fulfill the requirements of Article 3, paragraph 2, point 2 of the Act of 16 February 2007 on oil, petroleum products and natural gas reserves and the rules of procedure in situations threatening the security of the state's fuel supply and disruptions in the oil market (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 599) (hereinafter the "Act on Reserves"). The description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter "OPZ", is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
