Poland – Engineering design services – Opracowanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej i uzyskanie decyzji administracyjnych dla zadania pn. „Modernizacja wału P-1 rz. Odry gm. Głogów, Kotla, Szlichtyngowa, Siedlisko - prace przygotowawcze”

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the preparation of complete analytical, conceptual, design, formal-legal and cost documentation, along with obtaining the legally required approvals, opinions, agreements and administrative decisions for the task entitled "Modernization of the P-1 dyke section of the Odra River in the gminas of Głogów, Kotla, Szlichtyngowa, Siedlisko – preparatory works". The purpose of the contract is to prepare complete documentation enabling the modernization of the right-bank dyke P-1 of the Odra River on the section from km 379+900 to km 421+000, with a total length of approximately 36 278 m, through its reconstruction, rebuilding or expansion, along with the necessary dyke crossings, operational and access roads, culverts or lock chambers, closures, ditches, drainage facilities and other accompanying elements. The investment is intended to improve the technical condition of the embankment and the conditions for the flow of flood waters, as well as to increase the flood protection of the areas located in the gminas of Głogów, Kotla, Szlichtyngowa and Siedlisko. The scope includes, in particular, the analysis and inventory of the existing condition, hydrological and hydraulic modeling, the development of a programmatic-spatial concept, geological, geotechnical and hydrogeological reconnaissance, environmental, water law, socio-ownership and design documentation, as well as materials necessary to obtain administrative decisions enabling the implementation of the investment.
