Poland – Refuse and waste related services – „Opróżnianie koszy ulicznych na terenie gminy Środa Wielkopolska oraz wywóz odpadów komunalnych”

The subject of the order includes the emptying of street bins, the removal of non-segregated and packaging waste, and the disposal of waste: 1. 277 municipal bins on the territory of the city of Środa Wielkopolska, 2. 208 county bins on the territory of the city of Środa Wielkopolska, 3. Collection of municipal waste with separation into fractions: paper, plastics and metals, glass, biodegradable waste, non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste from the following locations situated on the territory of the city of Środa Wielkopolska (only upon the ordering party's telephone request, the ordering party provides the containers), 4. The ordering party provides an estimated tonnage/number of containers of non-segregated waste removed in the whole of 2027. 5. Collection of non-segregated municipal waste from 1 KP-6 container, which the contractor provides and places no later than on the date of signing the contract. The ordering party will deposit waste from emptied park bins in it. The container should be placed on the territory of the city of Środa Wielkopolska, and the contractor will ensure the ordering party's employee has free and unobstructed access for a tractor LS J27H with a trailer to the container. Once the container is full, the ordering party's employee will notify the contractor by telephone of the need to empty the container in question. 6. 129 bins from rural areas on the territory of the municipality of Środa Wielkopolska, 7. The estimated tonnage of waste from street bins in the whole of 2027 will be approx. 280.00 tons. 8. The minimum tonnage of waste from street bins for the duration of the contract will be 200.00 tons. 9. The subject of the order also includes the removal of waste generated as a result of large public events organised by the Municipality of Środa Wielkopolska. The ordering party will notify the contractor of the event in question 3 days before the start. The contractor is obliged to place bins at the location indicated by the ordering party. The number of bins will be determined each time, but based on experience from previous years, the average number of containers and bins needed to secure a large event is: 1 KP-6 container, 13 bins of 240l, 2 bins of 1100l. During the duration of the contract, the ordering party expects no more than 1 large event organised by the Municipality of Środa Wielkopolska. This service is included in the subject of the order, with the contractor settling the service with a separate invoice.
