4.1. The subject of the procurement is the provision of a service involving the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of Czerniewice from: - owners of residential properties; - properties with holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes; - owners of multi-family properties; - the Selective Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as (PSZOK). 4.2. Equipping the above properties with appropriate types of containers and bags. 4.3. Achieving, during the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, the appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for disposal, in accordance with art. 3b and 3c of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), and the Waste Management Plan of the Łódź Voivodeship for the years 2025-2030 with consideration of the years 2031-2036.
