Poland – Refuse disposal and treatment – Odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości z terenu Gminy Rogowo w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 30 czerwca 2027 r.

The subject of the contract is the collection and disposal of municipal waste originating from inhabited properties, uninhabited properties, and holiday homes on properties, or from other properties used for recreational purposes, located in the area of the Municipality of Rogowo, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other means, as well as the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste disposed of, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. J. U. of 2025 pos. 733 with later amendments), the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. J. U. of 2023 pos. 1587 with later amendments), the Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (i.e. J. U. of 2025 pos. 647 with later amendments), the Act of 11 September 2015 on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (i.e. J. U. of 2024 pos. 573), the Act of 24 April 2009 on Batteries and Accumulators (i.e. J. U. of 2025 pos. 809), the Act of 20 July 2017 Water Law (i.e. J. U. of 2025 pos. 960 with later amendments), the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 16 June 2009 on safety and hygiene at work in the management of municipal waste (J. U. No. 104, pos. 868.), the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 5 November 2024 on types and quantities of waste for which there is no obligation to keep a waste register (J. U. of 2024 pos. 1644.), the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (J. U. pos. 10), the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste (J. U. pos. 1530), the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste disposed of and the method of calculating the level of reduction of the mass of these wastes (J. U. pos. 2412), the implementing regulations to these acts and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan, adopted by the resolution of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Assembly No. XXXII/546/17 of 29 May 2017 on the adoption of the "Waste Management Plan for the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship for the years 2016-2022 with a perspective for the years 2023-2028" with later amendments, the provisions of the Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Municipality of Rogowo adopted by resolution No. XX/158/2025 of 17 December 2025 (Kujaw. of 2025 pos. 6374) and in accordance with the resolution No. XVII/118/2020 of the Municipality of Rogowo Council of 12 May 2020 on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners in the area of the Municipality of Rogowo and the disposal of these wastes in exchange for the fee for municipal waste management paid by the property owner (Official Journal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship of 2 June 2020 pos. 2598).
