Romania – Kerosene jet type fuels – Furnizare combustibil aviație JET A1

Aeroclubul României intends to acquire aviation fuel JET A1 through the conclusion of a framework agreement with a maximum duration of 48 months, with the minimum characteristics provided in the ASTM D 1655 standard for the CESSNA CARAVAN aircraft in the fleet of Aeroclubul României. The delivery of the fuel will be carried out on the basis of subsequent contracts concluded, depending on the needs of the beneficiary. Delivery will take place at Aeroclubul Teritorial București, and all transport and handling costs will be fully borne by the supplier. The tenderer is obliged to ensure, with its own pump, the transfer of fuel from the tanker to the beneficiary's tanks. The maximum estimated quantity required for the entire duration of the framework agreement is 270,000 litres of aviation fuel JET A1. Attention: The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders, provided that these requests are addressed within the period provided for in section I.3 of the Tender Document, namely 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
