Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Dostawa energii elektrycznej do obiektów „EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o./ 2026

The subject of the contract is the sale by the Contractor and the purchase by the Contracting Authority of electrical energy for the following objects of "EKO-REGION" sp. z o.o. for the years 2027 and 2028:

Task 1/2027: Headquarters of the Management Board ”EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o., ul. Bawełniana 18 in Bełchatów, 97-400 Bełchatów;

Task 2/2027: Facility/Installation ”EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. in Julków, gm. Skierniewice, 96-116 Dębowa Góra;

Task 3/2027: Facility/Installation ”EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. in Gotartów, Gotartów 44A, 46-200 Kluczbork;

Task 4/2027: Municipal Services Department ”EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. in Skierniewice, ul. Czerwona 7, 96-100 Skierniewice;

Task 5/2027: Transshipment Station ”EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. in Ostrzeszów, ul. Ceglarska 1a, 63-500 Ostrzeszów;

Task 6/2027: Facility/Installation ”EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. in Bełchatów, ul. Przemysłowa 14 and 16, 97-400 Bełchatów;

Task 7/2027: Transshipment Station ”EKO-REGION” sp. z o.o. in Wola Kruszyńska, gm. Bełchatów, 97-400 Bełchatów;

a) In the case of tasks: 1/2027 and 10/2028 (Headquarters in Bełchatów), 2/2027 and 11/2028 (Facility/Installation in Julków), 3/2027 and 12/2028 (Facility/Installation in Gotartów), 4/2027 and 13/2028 (Municipal Services Department in Skierniewice), 6/2027 and 15/2028 (Facility/Installation in Bełchatów), 7/2027 and 16/2028 (Transshipment Station in Wola Kruszyńska): The Contracting Authority sells and the Contractor buys electrical energy produced from a photovoltaic installation installed at the Contracting Authority's facility covered by the contract, which has not been used by the Contracting Authority.

b) In the case of tasks: 8/2027 and 17/2028 (Facility/Installation in Dylów A): The Contracting Authority sells and the Contractor buys electrical energy produced from a photovoltaic installation planned to be installed at the Contracting Authority's facility covered by this contract, which has not been used by the Contracting Authority.

2) The contract does not include the service of electrical energy distribution, provided under a separate agreement concluded for an indefinite period by the Contracting Authority with the Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as OSD).

3) The sale of electrical energy takes place through the distribution network owned by the OSD. The terms of the distribution service are specified in separate distribution agreements concluded with the OSD. The subject of the contract for each task has been described in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which also constitutes Annex 1 to the contract for the given task.
