Initiation of the procedure, following an expression of interest from Grandi Molini Italiani S.p.A. (Tax Code 01183270378) based in Rovigo, via A. Moro, 6, for the grant of a concession, pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 84/94, for the use, for a period of four years, of the maritime public domain areas, totaling approximately 1,139 sq.m., located in the port of Livorno, and specifically at the Industrial Canal (berth 34) – previously the subject of Maritime Public Domain License No. 110/2020 – with the aim of maintaining and managing a quay for the performance of port operations related to solid foodstuffs in bulk, intended for the milling activity carried out in the adjacent plant located on private property.
