Initiation of the procedure, following a statement of interest from ATLAS S.r.l. (Tax Code and VAT 01294670490) based in Livorno, Via Tintoretto, 20, for the grant, pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 84/94, of a concession for the use, for a period of four years, of the maritime public domain areas, totalling approximately 2,835 sq.m., located in the port of Livorno, and precisely at Via Tintoretto – already the subject of a previous Formal Act of maritime public domain concession No. 45/2008 – with the aim of maintaining and managing a terminal for the loading, unloading, storage and handling of cement and other bulk powders. This statement of interest also refers to the office building, totalling approximately 140 sq.m., located at Via Tintoretto (corner of Via Tiziano), already the subject of Sub-entrance Licences No. 02/2011 and No. 02/2014.
