Finland – Repair and maintenance services – Ilmanvaihtojärjestelmien ennakkohuolto- ja kunnossapitotyöt

The subject of the procurement is the preventive maintenance and repair of ventilation systems for the Pirkanmaa well-being services county (Pirha). The procurement will be implemented as a framework agreement. Two (2) contracting partners will be selected for the framework agreement. The main sites of the contract are currently under the maintenance responsibility of Pirha Property Services: - Tays Central Hospital - Coxa Oy - Tays Heart Centre Oy In addition to the main sites, the following are currently under the maintenance responsibility of Pirha Property Services: - Tays Pitkäniemi - Tays Sastamala - Tays Valkeakoski The contract also includes the possibility to carry out work at other sites that may later fall under the maintenance responsibility of Pirha Property Services, under the terms of the contract. The ventilation systems of Tays Central Hospital can be inspected before submitting a bid on 1.10.2026 at 12:00. Inspection must be arranged in advance with the facility manager Jukka Alango (tel. 040 720 7851) by 30.9.2026. A maximum of 1 person/ company can attend the inspection.
