Poland – Construction work – Wykonanie robót budowlanych w zakresie dokończenia instalacji zewnętrznych oraz wykonanie zagospodarowania terenu wraz z drogą wyjazdową i chodnikiem w obrębie części budynku „A” w SPWSZ w Szczecinie, ul. Arkońska 4 – działka nr 3/38, obręb 2036

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works for the completion of external installations and the development of the area, including the exit road and the pavement, within part of building “A” at SPWSZ in Szczecin, ul. Arkońska 4 – plot no. 3/38, district 2036. 2. The contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in the contract project, which is attachment no. 4 to SWZ, and in the Subject of the Contract Description, which is attachment no. 1 to SWZ. 3. The basic contract includes: 1) execution of construction works for the completion of the external reconstruction of the water supply system, sections of the sanitary and storm sewer network, and external electrical and telecommunications installations, along with the exit road and pavements at SPWSZ in Szczecin at ul. Arkońska 4, within building “A” within the boundaries of plot no. 3/38 of district 2036. As part of the scope of the basic contract, the following works will be carried out: a) execution of external technical infrastructure installations in the scope of sanitary, electrical and telecommunications installations, as well as objects and devices for land development, along with the execution and connection of the retention tank ZR-1B. The land and the scope of the investment have been defined in the Land Development Plan (hereinafter – “LDP”), which is attachment no. 4 to OPZ - as stage 1 of the works, b) execution of the sewage pumping station at building “A”, c) restoration of the green area, on which the underground retention tank ZR-1B will be placed, and the area in the sewage pumping station area, d) completion of the renovation and insulation of the basement walls of the east and south elevations, along with the installation of window joinery in these walls and the installation of daylighting wells (stage 1 defined in LDP), e) renovation and restoration of the road and pavements after construction works related to the reconstruction of the building and the network, within the scope covered by the subject of the contract; 2) warranty service of the sewage pumping station; 3) obtaining a permit for use, or submitting a notification of completion of construction to the competent building supervision authority, if required by the applicable regulations. The Detailed Subject of the Contract Description is attachment no. 1 to SWZ. 4. The place of implementation of the subject of the contract will be the Samodzielny Publiczny Wojewódzki Szpital Zespolony in Szczecin with its seat at ul. Arkońska 4, 71-455 Szczecin, at the location at ul. Arkońska 4. 5. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7) PZP, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. 6. The contracts, as referred to in point 3.9. SWZ, will involve the repetition of construction works consistent with the construction works constituting the subject of this contract, as well as construction works similar to them in terms of the technological aspect of their execution. The material scope of the construction works constituting the subject of the contracts, as referred to in point 3.9. SWZ, will include works within the scope of completing external installations and developing the area, including the exit road and pavement, within part of building “A” at SPWSZ in Szczecin, ul. Arkońska 4 – plot no. 3/38, district 2036, covering the activities indicated by type in attachment no. 1 to SWZ, i.e.: 1. General construction works; 2. Sanitary installation works; 3. Electrical installation works; 4. Fire protection installation works and equipment; 5. Road works and land development. 7. The material scope of the construction works constituting the subject of the contracts, as referred to in point 3.10. SWZ, will not exceed the value of 850,003.44 PLN net. 8. The contracts, as referred to in point 3.9. SWZ, will be awarded following a separate procedure for awarding a public contract in the form of a contract with a free hand. 9. The contracts, as referred to in point 3.9. SWZ, will be awarded in the event of a need to increase the material scope of the construction works constituting the subject of the contract due to natural or atmospheric conditions, or the assignment of new economic or public tasks to the contracting authority, as well as in the event of the necessity to extend the subject of the contract to include construction works, which may arise during the implementation of the contract, e.g. due to the expansion of the contracting authority's needs related to the implementation of the contract, or the appearance of the need to perform construction works. 10. The place of implementation of the contracts, as referred to in point 3.9. SWZ, will be the area of the Samodzielny Publiczny Wojewódzki Szpital Zespolony in Szczecin with its seat at ul. Arkońska 4, 71-455 Szczecin, at the location at ul. Arkońska 4. 11. Local vision: The contracting authority does not envisage an obligatory local vision. The contracting authority, however, enables the inspection of the land related to the execution of the subject of the contract: 1) on 12.08.2026 at 10:00. The meeting place for the representatives of the contractors with the authorised representative of the contracting authority is: Samodzielny Publiczny Wojewódzki Szpital Zespolony w Szczecinie, ul. Arkońska 4, in front of the entrance to Building “A”.
