Rebuilding, expansion and equipping the infrastructure of the Alfred Sokołowski County Hospital in Złotów, underground medical-technical infrastructure meeting the requirements of a protective building in the U1 standard, in accordance with the Act on the protection of the population and civil defence, as well as the necessary accompanying infrastructure, in the "design and build" formula, in accordance with the description contained in the functional-user programme, including the design and execution of construction works in the aforementioned scope.
