Description

- carrying out a detailed inventory of the buildings covered by the Task, connections, external areas, etc., to a degree that enables the correct execution of complete multi-disciplinary design documentation,

- preparing a technical condition expertise for the buildings covered by the Task, if required by applicable regulations,

- preparing a multi-disciplinary construction project covering the entire scope of the Task being implemented to the extent necessary to obtain all legally required agreements, opinions, notifications, permits, taking into account the requirements contained in the Act of 7 July 1994 - Building Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026, item 524, 605 and 646), and the design documentation must be reviewed by an expert in fire safety and an expert in sanitary and health matters,

- preparing a multi-disciplinary executive project covering the entire scope of the Task/Package according to the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional-user program (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2454),

- preparing technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works,

- preparing investment cost estimates,

- preparing information on safety and health protection,

- obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all necessary and legally required agreements, opinions, notifications, permits and administrative decisions,

- preparing a schedule of physical and financial settlement of the investment in agreement with the Contracting Authority, within 14 days from the date of signing the contract,

- carrying out all demolition, construction, installation, assembly, planting, etc. works, as well as supplying equipment based on the aforementioned design documentation previously accepted by the Contracting Authority,

- ensuring the supply, storage, protection and insurance of materials and equipment necessary for the proper execution of the works covered by the contract,

- obtaining a Decision on the permit for the use of the buildings covered by the Task,

- preparing operating and maintenance instructions for all newly installed equipment in Polish, and training future personnel,

- preparing post-construction documentation in all disciplines (including protocols, certificates of acceptance, certificates, information on the granted warranty and DTR) and post-construction geodetic inventory,

- free servicing during the warranty period.
