The subject of the order includes the execution of construction works for the reconstruction of the heating network from chamber 1276C12 to 1294C16 ul. Królowej Jadwigi in Dąbrowa Górnicza (hereinafter also the Site) in accordance with the project documentation and the handover of the Site to the Contracting Authority for use. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order has been defined in the Draft Contract Terms (Annex No. 3 to SWZ), in particular through: the Material Scope of the Contract (Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract Terms) and the Documentation (Annex No. 2 to the Draft Contract Terms).
