Denmark – Construction work – Udbud af storentreprisekontrakt SE1 - anlægsentreprisen vedr. Trelleborg - Den Genskabte Borg

Slagelse Municipality is tendering a main contractor contract for SE1 - the construction contract in connection with the construction of Trelleborg Den Genskabte Borg, located at Trelleborg Allé 4, Slagelse. With the project Den Genskabte Borg, a reconstruction of Harald Blåtands Trelleborg is being carried out. The reconstruction includes a section of the original fortress with rampart, palisade, moat, bridge, gate, boardwalk, three longhouses as well as a new service building and lift. The main contractor contract will be awarded to the bidder who has submitted the lowest price. The main contractor contract with the winning bidder will be entered into on the terms and conditions set out in the tender material's draft main contractor contract with annexes as well as any adjustments as a result of questions/answers and correction sheets. The project is tendered in 2 main contracts SE1 - construction contract and SE2 - carpentry contract. Main contract SE1 for construction (this tendered main contractor contract) shall construct and operate the common construction site, carry out terrain and foundation work for bridge, footbridge, elevator tower, gate passage and for longhouses, all installations in terrain and in buildings, boardwalk and inner palisade as well as paths and gardening work. Furthermore, carry out new service building, lift, footbridge and staircase, sprinkler central, sprinkling of longhouses and ABA in longhouses.
