The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of net active electrical energy (medium and low voltage) for the needs of the Municipality of Slivnitsa and the provision of a service for forecasting consumption, as well as the preparation of schedules by the coordinator of the balancing group, their submission, correction if necessary of the submitted schedules, responsibility for balancing and all activities related to participation in the free market of electricity of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with Articles 92, 96a, 100, 101, 102 and 103 of the Energy Act (ЗЕ) and the Rules for Trade with Electrical Energy for the Supply of the Objects, indicated in the participation documentation, low and medium voltage network.
