Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Wykonanie usługi polegającej na zebraniu odbieraniu i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych oraz domków letniskowych lub innych nieruchomości wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe na terenie gminy Węgierska Górka w 2027 r.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the collection, reception and disposal of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes in the municipality of Węgierska Górka in 2027. As part of the above-mentioned contract, the contractor will be obliged to collect, receive and dispose of municipal waste from: 1) owners of residential properties 2) holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes 3) from street bins 4) from public places including event venues 5) from property owners where residents do not live but waste is generated and hotel services are provided. 2. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected and disposed of is approximately: 4 300 Mg. 3. The collection and disposal of municipal waste should be carried out in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other means, as well as the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for disposal, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), and the Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Węgierska Górka, adopted by Resolution No. XIV/154/2020 of 4 May 2020 (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026, item 3522), mixed municipal waste, bio-waste and sorting residues, intended for disposal, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this regard. 4. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Annex No. 10 to the Specification of Contract Terms – Description of the Contract, and the requirements regarding the implementation of the contract in Annex No. 9 to the Specification of Contract Terms – Draft Contract. 5. The contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing basic technical tasks during the implementation of the contract, such as: waste removal, qualified as physical workers.
